Introduction:
Mirroring your MacBook screen to an Apple TV allows you to display your computer's content on a larger screen wirelessly. This guide will walk you through the simple steps to mirror your MacBook to an Apple TV.
Step-by-Step Guide:
1) Check Wi-Fi Connection:
- Make sure your MacBook is connected to the Staff Wi-Fi network.
- On your MacBook, click on the Control Centre icon located in the menu bar.
- Click on the 'Screen Mirroring option in the Control Centre.
3) Select Apple TV:
- Choose your Apple TV from the list to initiate the mirroring process.
- You will then be prompted for a password. If you are unfamiliar with the password please contact the ICT Systems & EdTech Team.
- Your display will now be mirrored to the Apple TV.
4) End Mirroring:
- To stop mirroring your MacBook screen, click on the Control Centre and then click the 'Screen Mirroring' option.
- Click on the Apple TV that you are currently connected to to end the session.
