The problem arises because your UKAT iCloud account lacks the capability to download applications. To successfully install apps on your iPad, follow these steps:
1) Open the App Store on your iPad.
2) Tap the profile icon located at the top right corner of the screen.
3) Scroll down and select "Sign Out" to log out of your UKAT Apple ID.
4) After signing out, tap on the "Sign In" button.
5) Enter your personal Apple ID and password when prompted.
6) Once you've signed in, you will be able to download and install applications from the App Store using your personal Apple ID.
By signing out of your UKAT Apple ID and signing in with your personal Apple ID, you'll regain the ability to download and install apps on your iPad.
