Troubleshooting Microsoft Teams Issues on iOS

A common issue with Microsoft Teams for iOS is that occasionally teams/files can stop syncing properly and therefore you are unable to view your files or specific channels within teams.
This can be easily fixed by following the steps below:
1) Open the settings app and navigate to Microsoft Teams via the left menu and tap the option to 'Clear app data'. (Please note that this WILL NOT remove any teams or delete any files and will simply remove any cached data from your iPad.)
2) Close the Microsoft Teams app by double pressing the Home button on your iPad and swiping up on the app.
3) Finally reopen the Microsoft Teams app.
Your Microsoft Teams app should now be fully functional.
