A common issue with OneNote for iOS is that occasionally files can stop syncing properly and therefore you are unable to view all your files in the OneNote app.

This can be easily fixed by the following the steps below:

1) Open the settings app and navigate to OneNote via the left menu and tap the options to 'Delete All Notebooks' and 'Delete Login Credentials'. (Please note that this WILL NOT remove any files from your OneNote and will simply remove the local copies that are cached on your iPad.)

2) Close the OneNote app by double pressing the Home button on your iPad and swiping up on the app.

3) Finally reopen the OneNote app and login with your 365 account.

Your files should now be synced correctly.
